My Office Hours:
Visits with me are by appointment only. My client base is quite full, and I only accept new clients on a case by case basis. If you would like to work with me please write me an email explaining what draws you to my work, and why you'd like to work together.
I am in the office for patient care most Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and every second Friday. My office hours typically run from 10 am to 4:30 pm, however emergency appointments or special requests can be accommodated to serve your needs.

If you are a current patient and require an urgent appointment or an appointment outside of my scheduled office hours, please call the clinic and leave a message directly for me. You can also send me an email, though it does often take me some time to reply!

Fees
​All Naturopathic consultations are GST exempt. Most extended health plans will cover the cost of your visits. Check with your insurance provider to determine your level of coverage. We also provide direct billing, please see below for details.
Please note that a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking to hold your initial appointment and will be held on file. Credit card information remains locally secured in our Quickbooks accounting system and is only accessed on your request and invoice will be emailed to you and you will be notified before payment is ever taken.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time - you will be responsible for 50% of your appointment fees.
Cancellations without any notice - you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment fees.
Please respect our time and give us sufficient notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment!
New Patient Intake Forms
Prior to your first visit with me, please download and print, then complete, the appropriate New Patient Intake form and a copy of the Informed Consent form. Feel free to mail, email, fax or drop a copy off to the clinic prior to your appointment with me, or simply bring it with you to your visit.
I also encourage you to bring along any additional health history information you might have including past or current laboratory test results (ie. Blood work, X-ray/ CT/ Ultrasound/ MRI reports).
